This policy explains how Mega One Platform LLC ("we", "us") handles information when you visit megaoneplatform.com and when you use the Mega1 apps. If you have questions, contact support@megaoneplatform.com.

Who is responsible for your information

We are responsible for the information described in this policy that we collect through our website, our app services and our direct contact with you.

Mega1 is software that brokers license to run their trading business. If you hold a trading account with a broker that uses Mega1, that broker decides how your account, identity and trading information is used and is responsible for it under its own privacy policy. Where we provide services to a broker that involve that information, we handle it only on the broker's instructions and under our agreement with them.

Information we collect

When you visit our website

Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not ask you for personal information. The site is delivered by our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company and the content of your message, and use it to respond to you.

When you use the Mega1 apps

• Broker directory. To help you find your broker's server, the app downloads our public broker directory and sends any search text you enter to our directory service.
• App updates. The app checks our update service for new versions. These checks include technical details such as the app's identifier, version and operating system so we can offer the right update.
• Sign-in and settings. Your login identifiers, preferences and, where your device supports it, saved sessions are stored on your own device (on macOS, in the system Keychain). When you sign in, your credentials are sent to your broker's server, not to us.
• Trading activity. Prices, orders, positions and account information are exchanged between the app and your broker's server. Your broker is responsible for that information.

How we use information

• to provide, maintain and secure our website, apps and services;
• to deliver software updates and keep the broker directory accurate;
• to respond to enquiries and provide support;
• to meet legal obligations and protect our rights and users.

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as hosting and email providers), under appropriate confidentiality and security terms; with the broker you have chosen, where needed to provide the service; or when required by law.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with technical and organisational measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encrypted connections.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing support@megaoneplatform.com. Requests about your trading account should go to your broker. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

Our website and apps are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
